Refusal to return 10,000 dirhams transferred to account by mistake
In Abu Dhabi, 10,000 dirhams were mistakenly transferred from a woman to another woman’s account. The woman refused to return the money that was mistakenly transferred.
According to Emirates Al Youm, the victim filed a lawsuit in the Abu Dhabi Family Court demanding the money back.

After reviewing all the evidence, the court ruled in favor of the plaintiff and ordered the opposing party to return the 10,000 dirhams that were mistakenly transferred to her account.
